I have received the product, but I want to change the size, how should I proceed?
You can do it by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reference of your order as well as the model and size for which you need to change it. We would appreciate it if you could write SIZE CHANGE in the subject of the email.
You can also call us or send us a WhatsApp at +34 662 670 200. We will ask for your name or the reference of your order and the change you need. Once we have this, we will organize a collection of the product you have and, as soon as we receive it, we will send you the new size.
I have received an order and I want to return it, what should I do?
You can request a return by sending us an email to email@example.com indicating the reference of your order. We would appreciate it if you write RETURN in the subject of the email.

Our standard returns are priced at €10 in Europe (heavy items or Airel brand items not included). Or you can send it to us on your own to the following address: ZERIMAR - Carretera Estación s/n, Campillos (Málaga) 29320.
As soon as we receive it, we will refund the amount with the same payment method you used.
Where is my order?
