How do return my purchase?
Please contact our customer service team to proceed with the return of the desired item/s: via mail, WhatsApp, telephone, or through the following contact form:
To proceed with your return, you will have to provide the order number, the name of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide you with a return number. Please pack the product safely in its original packaging.
What is the deadline for product returns?
• The deadline for any returned product is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Custom items cannot be returned unless the item is defective.
Do I have to pay something for my returned product/s?
• Returns in a physical store are free.
• For size changes, in clothing and footwear, we will be happy to assume the costs of collection and shipping of the new size, except in the United Kingdom.
• Returns, with a refund request, will be borne by the buyer, except in the cases mentioned in the "Return of shipping costs" section.

Once the item has been received and checked, we will proceed to refund the amount paid.
If you wish, we can organise the return of your product/s with our transport agency and send you a return label. You just have to stick it on the original package and wait for the transport agency to pick it up. This service has a cost of 10€.
Products under the AIREL category have special return conditions, due to their different weights and sizes. Please contact our customer service for more information and we will always try to find the most favorable return options.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your returned product/s has been approved, you will be reimbursed the amount using the same payment method in which you made your purchase. Please note that the return may take several days to appear in your account depending on the terms of your payment method.
Return of Shipping Costs
We will be happy to refund shipping costs if the return has been requested due to our error. For example;
- If we send you an incorrect item
- If the item is damaged or defective
We will not refund shipping costs for unwanted items.
We will not refund shipping costs for any item returned due to damage or failure reported where such error is not found when testing the product.
